I use Loxley for Albums and have always found the service excellent.
I had just got an album to proof stage when I caused a major problem on my computer. Unable to solve it myself despite hours of trying I rang Loxley where Derek in IT went into my computer remotely and solved the problem.
There was nothing wrong with The Loxley system it was totally my fault yet they spent the time to get me back up and running. In this day and age of poor customer service I cannot speak highly enough about Loxley.
