........for my first camera club competition win! :woot:

Last night was my camera club's last competition night of the year (my first year with the club) and it brought me my first win with 20/20. The theme for last night's comp was "Solitude" and I remembered I had an image that might suit. So I entered it and the judge liked it very much. The reason I'm thanking Yv? Well, here's the photo. :D

Didn't one of the top models once famously say she wouldn't get out of bed for less than £10,000?! Well as Yvonne is now famous.....
 
Great shot as always Marc . Hope you wont mind me Trecking back and copying you`re work to see what i`ve learned from you and others at the meets . If they`re even close i will post . If not.......erm......erm..... Thanks again for you`re valued advice . Take care .
 
Hi Marc, congrats on the win - very nice image.

I thought I recognised it , I was there on weds making only my 2nd visit after finding out about the club. You probably remember me - I was the noisy b****r who left halfway thro' the second DI set (work commitments I'm afraid !). Am gonna try and get to another meet before the season ends so might get to say 'hello'.

Again - Well Done on a fine image.
