Why i always carry my camera with me....

This was just off the A666 near Darwen today, they were using it collect gravel and move it up
to repair a footpath on the hill. Wonder how the Romans did it before they had helicopters ??

Was nice to have one keep flying round and round at low level though, could practice getting the
blur right on the rotors. Dunno how long it will be doing it for but it was there yesterday..

Good Set (y)
By the way the romans had helicopter - but they hadn't invented photography

I was working near there today, wondered what the racket was.

It's a small world.

Nice set pics there, you have got the shutter speed bang on to show the rotor blur.
Well done.

I really must watch the discovery channel more ...

It just seemed a ruddy expensive way of repairing a footpath, especially
as from where i was it looked like there was a digger up there already..

It must have been cost effective though, not sure if its a goverment
funded project but i cant imagine them wasting any money... :p

Cheers for the comments
