Colour, though perhaps desaturate the red on the end of the building to avoid it looking like the car has a post on it's roof!

I'd normally say colour but it does look a bit flat to me. Depending on taste maybe the B&W one could be adjusted and look a little more interesting?
I think I might be tempted to crop away some of the empty ground and make it more of a 16:9 or something like that.

It's all taste and opinion but I don't see any surrounding worth capturing or looking at in the empty area of road comprising approx. the bottom 50% of the shot. This is just down to opinion and taste and I do take a fair few pictures with little in some areas sometimes to stress emptiness but I don't think it quite works for that reason here. I do think the crop is a big improvement but I'd also crop some of the lower 50% of road out too. Just my HO and no offense intended.

A minor, but entertainingly frustrating episode.
I have a Sony A6600, and wanted to buy a Sony LCD Screen Protector.
There doesn't seem to be anything specific for the A6600, but there is for the A6000 - which I think has the same sized screen https://centresdirect.co.uk/p-11986-sony-pcklm17-protect-semi-hard-sheet-for-ilce-6000.aspx
I emailed Sony to ask them a) which of their screen protectors I should use for the A6600, and b) was the A6000 suitable for the A6600.
They replied that the only correct one for the A6600 is this https://support.d-imaging.sony.co.jp/www/cscs/accessories/compatibility.php?area=gb%E2%8C%A9=en&mdl=ILCE-6600&cat=38. I tried buying it from Sony, only to get a message to the effect that it is not available in the UK (and costs around £19 postage from USA [I can also get it from Japan on ebay - £20 postage). So I went back to the emails and pointed this out - and asked them what equivalent I should use in the UK - their response was that they didn't recommend 'third-party accessories' because they couldn't guarantee their 'correct functionality'. So I pointed out that I wasn't asking about third-party accessories - I was asking what part they recommended for someone in the UK. And furthermore - again asked specifically whether the part suiting the A6000 also did okay for the A6600 - and if not, why not.
They then wanted me to provide proof of purchase and a VAT receipt, plus retailer name, date, etc so that they could investigate the matter further!
I reminded them that I hadn't yet bought the part I was asking about, so had no proof of purchase - to which their response was that I had to provide this for the camera. I have asked them what on earth they need proof of purchase and a VAT receipt for a camera for, when my query is not about the camera.......
Meanwhile, I have purchased the A6000 screen protector for a nominal amount on ebay.

The pro support is excellent not sure if its the same people or not but they are much better then Nikon in my experience.
I bought the Smallrig ones for my A6700 and I'm sure it's the same screen size.

I've only had one warranty repair and they were absolutely fine in terms of getting the camera back in decent time working well again. Their tracking wasn't great thoughSony customer support is awful, they don't listen to your needs and just have the same script for everything

The repair centre are very good, it’s the people in between that aren’t, from my experiences anyway

Pro support is free.
It’s just based on having the amount of bodies and lenses they request. A couple of bodies and some GM lenses is enough from memory.

I don't remember them asking for anything over and above some serial numbers although to be fair it was a while back, although i suppose I gave my business email so would have been fairly obvious. I know lots of people who have pro support who aren't professional photographers maybe they gamed the system.

Couple of occasions where I could have done with one, and for the size and price seems great to keep in the bag.

Outgoing is a Panasonic zoom lens and a whole box full of film era primes and one modern MF prime. Every one of them is lovely and I will regret selling every one of them but they aren't being used so really they should go.

Yup, in a similar boat but had a few occasions with the kids where even a pop up flash would have helped a little, bonus being it can trigger my bigger Godox flash.

Advice Required.
I’m thinking of trading my a7riva for either the Nikon z6iii or z8, am I mad? I’m thinking it’s time to trying something else.
I’ve tried both, both handle well. I like the bigger size of the z8, the fact that it has a waist high screen capability. I also like the fact that the z6iii has an ultra bright evf.
My only concern is the auto focus capabilities, are they both close to that of the Sony or does it still perform way better?

We all like to try new things, so if the NIkon floats your boat then go for it. I don't know much about the EVF on the Z6 but you can turn the brightness up in the EVF of Sonys, at least Ican on my A1 and on the A7RV.
I never found the AF on the A7RIV to be world class so I'd have thought the Z8 would be better, and the Z6 at least on par but without trying them then it's hard to say.

Shows I need to do some research first before posting
Just watched a few videos, unfortunately couldn't find a comparison between the Z8 and A7RIV but the Z8 seems to be behind the A7RV, being plagued by the same issues that have plagued Nikon for as long as I can remember in that it will sometimes focus on the foreground or background rather than the subject. Of course, we're nit picking here but this is how far we've come with AF systems now.
The Z6III video I watched was worrying. Admittedly it was by the Nrothrups but in a test of Chelsea running towards the camera the A7 IV got 92% in focus, but the Z6III a pretty poor 64%, also missing several shots in a row.
If it was me and I wanted to try something different and was worried about AF I'd go with Canon, they appear to have leap frogged Sony with a lot of their cameras barring maybe the A9 III and A1 II.
