Has the look of an abstract painting to it I think ;)
 
Definitely abstract and really quite pleasing but I can't get to grips with what the scale might be as I'm not familiar with Agate...

Thanks for commenting. The size of the Agate slice is approx 3in x2in 1/8 thick

This is excellent! I like it a lot and would like to see it big on a wall! I'm not too happy about the dark mark in the lower right - as it stands, I find it out of character compared to the rest of the image. I think I'd try to lighten it rather than remove it completely though. One of the most effective pictures I've seen on this site.
 
I quite like that, it does look like an abstract watercolour. :)

I like the idea and I think it works well :)
