Excellent images that offer a different view of great land marks....well done mate
 
I think they (esp. 1 and 2) are a bit over-processed Andrew. There are halos and tonal compression. If these effects were reduced I would like those pics.
 
they just look over processed to a knats winkle to me...sorry (I'm not being negative here)
no3 looks like its snowing
those sliders are our demons, so just be a little less compulsive
if you like them like this, fine by me
 
The first two are alright, though I have to say I love the last one. As for halos I find that when I go over the top in Adobe Camera Raw in the Clarity slider it can product halos, although if I keep of the clarity and instead use the sharpen slider it produces more "clarity" without the halos though I wouldn't go past 50% in sharpening as it produces artifacts which start to become visible after 50.
