The Castle, The Sky and The Motorway

Had a night out on Friday with Digitall at Coity Castle. Here are a few of the results. I was thinking of toning down the exposure of the church steeple in PP but really couldn't face doing it 150 times, so left it as it is........SPOOKY!!

#1-4. Have you considered combining these, thought honestly with this type of photo I try and light paint different areas across the different frames so that in merging those frames you get a single complete image

#5. not a bad effort at a star trail although it's a shame about the exposure of the illuminated building you've lost all the detail in that part of the exposure, what were your settings for this one??

#6. a really nice composition but you've totally blown the headlights I'm guessing you've used a very large aperture for this light trail, there has also been some camera movement this is clear in the red trails, so personally this one would have ended up in the bin :shrug:
