That's wonderful, Robert...........cotton wool!

I often see lovely clouds but dont take a shot as I think I couldnt post on the forum becasue of the lack of foreground interest etc...... I am going to have a good old look now and post them in this thread!!

Sorry if ypu have seen these elsewhere, but they certainly fit the theme.

Wow, a cloud thread. All these pics are fantastic. I love cloud formations but whenever I see a really good one I don't have my camera with me :bang:

However, I have managed to capture these:

My b/f took some great cloud photos at 33,000ft through a plane window, would you believe. You can't see the scratches on the glass at all which I was very impressed with. He just hasn't put them on Flickr yet so I can't link to them :bonk: I'll get him sorted :bat:

They are all lovely but I was blown away by the simple beauty of this one the first time I saw it and it's every bit as amazing this time around too.

Clear thread winner for me, so far. ;)

Wow! Thank you sir!

I have more but I think you are right, I have searched for shots like this since but may have to wait a long time before such a scene presents itself. Still watching though ;)

Slapo - love that long-exposure-monument shot. Brill! :claps:
