The feature request thread...

I'm sure there are features that all of us would like to see in our cameras, not features that are available by upgrading but something that isn't available to consumers yet. If we keep the chat in this thread to a minimum and just list the features, maybe somebody important will take note.

Anyway, I'll start: I wish there was a digital spirit level that you can see through the viewfinder so you know when you are holding the camera level. They can do this with the iPhone so I dont see why it cant be done in an DSLR.

Shutter release button on battery grips for firing with your left hand*–*otherwise, when using a flash, you always have to fire the flash into the subject from the left, which isn't always preferred.
