Out motorcycling today and found this 'Green Hut' riding over Glen Quaich heading for Kenmore, Scotland.

Definitely needs a revisit in a better light, looking at the shadow sunrise would be good here! Nice composition.

Doesn't do anything for me I'm afraid Peter

The main subject is plain ugly, the composition is like a snapshot, the blues looks artificially blue, the shadow detail is largely lost and there's a large halo above the landscape in the background.

I'm just a beginner though so take that critique with a pinch of salt

I really like the simplicity of this. Maybe cloning out the wind turbines in the far background would help with that. Did you mean the sky to be that colour? I use to get that when processing in PS Elements, until I learned that you could alter colour temperature selectively.
