The ICE Light

Anyone used or using an ICE Light for weddings/portrait work?
I was thinking of getting one and wondered if anyone had some first hand experience working with them.

Looks like a lovely light but I'm worried it's not powerful enough. It's astronomically expensive but I've not seen a single bad review.

Was thinking it might be nice for boudoir/glamour work too?

Anyone got one or selling one, i'd love to hear from you

yes i have one and use it quite a lot (as you can see from my display pic lol). quality of light is really nice, not hugely powerful but fine in darker conditions and its well made.

I use a cheapo £35 video light. Its dimmable to.

There are now some good copies of the ice light available on Amazon for £89. I got one and they really are very good

The £90 odd ones on Amazon are quite good. They come with a second battery. I was at a workshop that made use of one.
