I've a shoot next week that needs a bit more reach than I currently have. Not to worry though as my good friend, Joel, has been kind enough to lend me his 70-200mm f/2.8 L. Picking it up tonight and I cannot wait to play with it. :D:D

Don't you go all dancing banana on me, fella, just because you know I'm a sucker for them. I'm always trying to build them into website designs...

They keep ringing you, emailing you, for help & advice and sometimes the cheeky buggers even ask to borrow your gear - still, all helps to make you feel superior :D

Here's a funny - I helped a (very scared) non-Pro mate of mine shoot a Wedding he'd been roped into a few years back. Referrals from it have given me about £2,000 in income I wouldn't otherwise have had

I like non-Pro mates

He's not going to be your friend for very much longer I'm afraid..... When you're absolutely skint, and have sold everything you own because you HAVE to have one, just remember your old buddy Joel whose fault this all is :D

I'm repaying him by shooting his bands gig on Saturday...as long as I get to use the 70-200mm. ;)

I already have that after borrowing his 85mm f/1.2 L. :D
