Beginner The moon

The sharpness could be better prior to SS. The
rendition is quite dark I think.

I did some moon shots yesterday with the photo
club and found that a -1 stop compensation was
a most adequate tweak prior to SS. See:

I agree with kodiak, the sharpness isn't there, but it says you shot it at 1/50, which is far too slow...
the moon is travelling at over 2000mph and is reflecting pure sunlight... so fast speed, wide aperture should help sharpen it up a bit.

Appreciate using the telescope you can't control the aperture (but you should know what it is) - but although it's "night time", the moon is very bright and very fast.

By coincidence, I took this moon shot last night, but you can see I ran it at 1/1300
