The Pelican Brief

Until a recent meeting with Tonkie (fellow tog of this parish) I never knew there were pelicans in St Jame's Park. The park itself lines The Mall which leads to Buckingham Palace right in the heart of London, which seems a strange place to see these birds.

That's a nice park, I used to visit quite often when I lived in London They've had pelicans there for hundreds of years, loads of other birds and animals too
