Still working towards getting shots of all of my workmates before I leave next month. The subject wanted a shot that showed his academic side, he's a pretty handy theoretical physicist.



All C&C welcome, but I'm especially interested in your views on the processing.

i like it, good idea behind it, im not sure about where hes looking though, seems as though hes looking at the gap between the boards rather than what hes writing...

Yeah I know what you mean, I think he was glancing back at a previous equation but it does look like he's looking at the metal bit. I think I chose this shot because it looked a bit thoughtful maybe?

We were cursing the gap between boards from start to finish though, so annoying! :bang:

The processing is fine and the mood and effect are good but the division between the boards just spoils it. It looks like two separate photographs and the effectiveness of the DOF has been compromised by this splitting the image in two.

You were more interested in the processing aspect though, and I really like that!
