It's just across from here, the more enthusiastic walkers park at a gravelly area on a side road at the top of Castleton - it is a good walk along the ridge to it, with other good viewpoints, plus an inscribed stone marking where the Gallows were - and a restored WW2 bunker which is open to visit on some days.

Parking close by is quite limited and you still have a somewhat tricky walk, requiring reasonably stout footwear.
It is hidden from the road alongside, so navigation at first is a slight worry.
However there is a constant stream of visitors and you can't get lost as it's just a narrow ridge of moorland.
The road can be quite busy - take care as they come up on you rather fast.
It is notoriously prone to being foggy up there too.
