The Stash

I love the guys expression and the ‘stash’ is a good one if not entirely highlighted in this image. The backgrounds a little bland imo.

My eyes are also drawn to halos/highlighting around the lower ears?
 
His nickname is The Stash. It wasn't supposed to be the focus of the shot. Also this is a "business portrait" hence the so called bland background. Duly noted about the halo.
 
I think it conveys his character well. One small point, it would look better if you had cropped evenly.
