It can be used indoors or outdoors but is most likely to be found inside.

It has a function, but happens to be a decorative version, which is NOT a frog!

They can be used on their own or in multiples.

When I had a garden, I had lots more.

It is to do with canes (but not exclusively) but not an end protector.
