I'm viewing on an iPad, but it appears to need a shift in the colour balance and maybe clone out the blue distraction.

I'd like to see the original, I think you've made an awful job of the PP.
Sandra looks a bit soft and the background below the greenery is a right mess (surprised no one else noticed), I reckon you might have tried too hard with the PP and spoiled a simple attractive shot.

+1. I think there's a great pic in there somewhere. If cloning and content-aware fill won't do what you want then just try cropping from top, left & right?
