Welcome to my other hobby "Cake Decorating".
Been playing around with different backgrounds to show off my cake designs,
keep coming back to black.

no 1 - Dillenia Flower (made from sugar paste - Icing)


no 2 - Birthday Cake


no 3 - Wedding Cake

wow impressive cakes, exposure is spot on as well.

If you move the cake a bit further away from the b/g it wil blur more and you should lose the line where it joins.

Cake deco, WOW they are nice, well done.

Photography, As above with addition i would use a larger background such as a Black cloth type so one cannot see the joins or finishes of the background which are apparent in 1 & 3, with 3 having some shadow caused by lighting.
I have used THESE with great success...

you could add your own via Photoshop

Dont like the edit Rocket did, to me it looks stuck on to the BG around the bottom tier and the reflections have gone

The idea was just to give an idea of what can be done, if some was to take some TIME.....:bonk:
