Im looking for a S/H one of these, however, does anyone know a similar style / size bag that may be along the same lines in terms of quality etc.

Im looking to carry Fuji X100s plus a few bits and bobs for general day to day and if needed a 5d 2 and a couple of lenses.

Domke and Tenba make similar bags. I have had two TTR7, fantastic bags but what you need to remember is they are approx 1.3 kgs in weight, I currently use a Crumpler Light Delight 6000 which is about 500gms.
