This afternoons triumph!

I know these arent anything uncommon, but i headed out in the sun this avo and set my self up with some seeds on a perch...and waited with my 70-200L (i might start looking at 300mm! )

these are what i got, im chuffed with the focus! (im after an id on the last 1, not a great shot just something i've not seen before...i think):

Nice setm the first one looks a little out of focus though.

The last one looks like a female chaffinch

i thought that but it was the nearly the size of a song thrush??

I might take the 1st one out...its a shame really!

You did well to get that! They are unpredictable!

Im still 99% certain its a chaffinch.

I've got a photo somewhere of a fair size one!

2&3 are definitely the pick of a good bunch (apart from the first)

Lighting and BG are spot on in both.
