Critique Thistle (in smoke)

What a cracking shot Paul - maybe you should have saved it for December's open theme on POTY. I could have imagined in going down very well with the judges. I like how you've seen the thistle in the smoke. Nice one.

That really is a stunning image. I have no idea about smoke photo, but imagine this must be pretty hard to achieve.
I love the colours and crispness to the image. And its so sharp it looks like cut crystal.
Really beautiful stuff
