Larger versions in my Flickr account... white frame on the second shot looks better viewed in a slideshow against grey/black...

I'm gonna be the odd one out here and go for #3.

It has nice subtle colours to it and good use of the available light. Autumn is not just about bright red and yellows, I think we have one or two poor days, which this sums up very well.

1 & 2 are good as well.

Thanks for all the differing viewpoints! Yeah, on the face of it, number 3 is a puddle after miserable rain, with some sodden leaf matter decaying at the bottom....

But then, no-one points a camera at the humdrum stuff, and we miss out on all this great life and light, purely because we assume it's too mundane to be interesting.

I like number 3 very much, myself, because it showed me that there's a 'keeper' in that puddle just in front of my nearside car tyre at home... in the midst of that 'grey day' syndrome, comes a photo I'm happy to show you guys...

They are all great shots, but the colours in #2 makes it my fave. #2, #3, #1 in that order (y)

Beautiful set.

The compositions are superb.
