Its simple, well balanced, just enough going on to feed and satisfy the eye and interesting!!

I suppose its the horizon that gives the shot the perspective, and yet I find it more pleasing without the sky ... obviously just me.
Still think its a fantastic image anyway. :D

I was thinking exactly the same, without the sky, it lifts it to another level.
