I just wanted to say have been receiving excellent service from fotobook recently.
I used their software to create a wedding album recently and I found the quality of the hardback book and the printing to be really good. The couple I gave the book to were really impressed and so was everyone else that I showed it to.
I have since done a second book, and was emailed by the fotobook team, informing me that there had been a problem with one of the pages which they were unable to correct using the original file and requested I re-upload the file, which I subsequently did.
I have emailed them this morning to confirm everything was ok and they responded within 8 minuntes which I think is pretty good going.
So a Thumbs up to fotobook from me.
