Yes
There's an article going around claiming that a Canon patent shows a new adaptor that will turn ANY EF lens into a tilt-shift lens on ANY EOS DSLR.

Great news, but before you read the original article be aware that it's simply not true - http://news360.com/article/308699346

However, the good news is that such an adaptor will work perfectly well on EOS M mirrorless cameras, which is what the patent REALLY is about.

I've written up the full story on my blog here: http://www.everyothershot.com/a-tilt-shift-adaptor-for-every-ef-lens/

Definitely worth keeping an eye on!
I've never been tempted my the EOS M but this could be a game changer.

I'm very, very impressed with the EOS M3. I probably use it more now than my 5D Mark III simply for the portability. Photos are top notch.

Well that would be good to see, but I'm doubtful it will become a product. I just don't think they are aiming the M at that type of market at the moment.

I think Canon very well realise that with the success of CSC cameras eating a big portion of their DSLR market they need to up their game considerably, as Sony have been doing.

While I doubt we'll see a full-frame mirrorless DSLR from Canon next year that will come. But judging by the improvements of the EOS M3 vs the M they are certainly trying hard to make it appeal to more experienced photographers - I wrote a little about my own experiences with the M3 here - http://www.everyothershot.com/eos-m3-the-review/

This tilt-shift adaptor would bring something unique to the EOS M line - and I think it could work very well for them.
