Dean, why do you think it is tricky?
Set the lens to max opposite tilt (ie tilt up), shoot from above your subject (looking down) to increase the difference in scale and perspective and use a wide aperture. Job done.
Looking at your images the only one that meets the requirements is #4, the rest for me just make it look like you have a dodgy lens. Sorry.
