I have bought a canon TSE 90 tilt shift lens to widen the depth of field while photographing jewelery and wonder if there is a good video tutorial out there as to how I can use this for best results. Any pointers please.

T&S lenses seem to be best known for wide-angle landscapey stuff, but the the longer ones are brilliant for product photography.
For DoF control, basically you need to understand Scheimpflug. Then when you've got the hang of that, use Reverse Scheimpflug to reduce DoF selectively in different planes. Maybe not what you're after right now, but a great creative technique, for products and portraits etc too.
Some good examples of that which spring to mind are in Jamie Oliver's book, 30 Minute Meals I think it is.
