Time lapse triggers

Hi,

I've been looking at doing some time lapse sequences and I'm wondering if anyone has experience of time lapse triggers. I don't want to hook the camera up to my laptop and I'm only looking for basic functionality (e.g. take a shot every X seconds/minutes).

I'm using an Olympus E3 so it's got a remote tigger socket.

I've got a timer remote I got from Ebay for my 450d. They appear to be available for the Oly as well..

I've not had any with mine, although I've only used it for time lapse the once it worked well for it. I normally just use it to capture a sequence of shots of the same target for stacking.
