Hi,

I am interested in creating a few time laps films later in the year. Although I am unsure how set my camera up for taking pictures automatically.

How many shots should I take per Min?

I know I will need a remote shutter trigger but can any one recommend one that stops and starts the exposure by its self?

I have a Canon 500D and a sturdy tripod so far. Is there anything else I would need other than the remote?

Thanks

Jon

7dayshop sell a RS-60E3 clone for £15 delivered. It has an intervalometer feature.
I've just ordered the equivalent for my 40D.

On either digihack or instructables ( i forget which but i nthink its the former ) theres a page on adapting an old compact so it shoots every 10 seconds till the battery goes (or the cards full) once the button is pressed

I did to an old canon G3 then attached it to a kite for some unusuall areils a few years back
