Tips for powerful sea shots.

A very fast shutter speed, burst/continuous shooting and a keen eye. You may find that you'll have to bump the ISO up on your camera in order to get the faster shutter speeds. Takes a lot of patience when your working with mother nature. ;)

I'll be going on holiday this year and will be visiting an area with cliffs where the sea is very rough. Anyone got any tips on how to capture the huge waves smashing against the cliff's?

You'll need a good storm. Chances are nature won't co-operate when you want it too! Oh, and find a safe vantage point- no good getting washed away- we want to see the results posted here later.
