Hi

Now i am a totally girly and have NEVER taken a picture of a car in my life!

However, i'm going to a very small wedding in a few weeks where my husband and i will be driving a Aston Matin DB9 and the groom and bride will be drivining a Ferrari 430.... even I think this might be too good a photo opportunity to miss!

Do any of you have any tips on how to get some good shots? Or can you point me to a good book or website? as well as some bride and groom type photo's i'd like to try and get some cool ones of just the cars.

Many thanks

Anna

or tell me were you will be going and ill take some pics ;) :lol: :D:D

Darren,

That's a wonderful link :thumbs:; thanks for posting it for us.

Anna,

Good luck with the shoot, do post some pics once you're done. Would love the results, especially with a bride & groom in such awkward-to-get-into cars :)

Never mind taking pics, you get to drive a DB9 and a 430.... rag the bejesus out of them whilst youve got the chance. :lol::lol::lol::lol:

Maybe i forgot to mention that I'll have my 3yr old with us :lol:..... but I'm sure hubby will make sure we get a chance to have a bit of a spin;)

sure beats my Polo!:lol::lol:

ive spoken to tim wallace (ambient life photography) on the phone and he claims most of his work is mainly processed in raw and only a slight adjustments are made in cs3. TBH ive had a good look at his work and i cant make up my mind if that is totaly true. so ive arranged a day out with him in the near future, so all results will be posted. "proof is in the pudding" so they say!!!

If this is to happen ...

I'd suggest taking a polariser and enjoying the ride.

it may help for you to know ... my first name is "polariser" :p
