Titanium Security

Trying to install Titanium security on my daughter’s netbook, which came with only serial number, no cd.
At the download site, it you can add promo code (which does not recognise serial number?), or go straight through to purchase screen, which is looking for bank details.
Anyone any idea how to download by using supplied serial number.

Hi, usually you download the product, and then add the serial number once you've installed the program.

Try downloading the "free trial", and then registering the product with the serial key.

Thanks for the reply, but no joy with adding the serial number to the trial unless it appears later.
Got it free with order from pc world, so probably rubbish anyway. Stick with the old trusting AVG free version.

I've not used Trend Micro Titanium before, although it's a respected company. I'm not keen on AVG, they've gone downhill in the last few years.
