Tokina 12-28mm

Can anyone help, will the Tokina 12-28 f4 AT-X 12-28 Pro DX Lens fit my D5100? As a relative newbe I am getting a little confused with which lens from this range will fit it.

Yes the lens is designed to work with DX crop bodies as yours is.
