Does anyone have any recent experiences with Tokina lens repairs under warranty in the UK? I bought a 12-24mm from Kerso which has developed back focus and AF issues.
From doing a forum search I initially got the idea that Kenro/Tokina.eu would sort out the repairs. However, I found out today that they don't service lenses not imported by them.
So heads up for those who bought from Kerso, your UK invoice or international warranty card will not be accepted by Kenro.
I suppose the question is, where does one send their lens for repairs?
