They have 'returned to parts' at RAF Leeming, probably spares for the GR4's.

Yep, 'Reduce to Produce' they are calling it this week!! Most parts are interchangeable to GR4's.

Great set - really going to miss F3's now (I changed an air filter on HP once!). Does anyone know where they are being retired to?

The jet has been retired. Sad day that passed pretty much unoticed in the national press after the pomp and ceremony of the Jaguar and Harrier retirements.

Apparently still a few operating from Warton? Doubt we'll see those at air shows though?

Haven't seen any at Warton when I've been there (there may be a few in the hangers I admit). Boscombe are (were?) flying an F2 - perhaps thats what you were thinking of. I had 3 good years on the F3, sad to see it go in such a fashion - the MoD almost seem embarrassed by it.
