Total beginner

Hello,I’m Steve,I’ve just bought my first camera,a Nikon coolpix B500(not arrived yet still in the post).
I have no experience at taking pictures,apart from the usual family pictures on a little camera,as we all have along the way,I’m looking foreward to it arriving and having a go at photographing wildlife and landscape,which is where my interest lies.
