august's copy of digital photo mag tested waterproof compacts and gave its silver award to the olympus tough TG-610 its £188 but scored well in the test overall 4 out of 5, under your budget at £135 was the fujifilm finepix XP30 that scored 3 out of 5 , these are the advertised prices in the mags maybe you could search for them on line and get them cheaper, all the other cameras in the test were all 2-300 quid range

It travels in my pocket everyday and I use it to snap my 365, and scout out pictures worth persuing with the DSLR. Its waterproof, dust proof, I've dropped it loads of times, used it at 6m depth, and used it in 40 degree heat and at minus 5. I assume newer versions will have more about them, but for the money, everyone should have one of these (I'm sure I paid £150? 2 years ago)
