TP log in problems

I am having trouble logging in on TP on my PC. Using IE 9. Apparently, it accepts my details and even says "..re-directing" but for some reason it throws me out to log-in page.

Not sure if anyone else has had same issues? Any suggestions? (typing this from my iPhone)

Delete all cookies and temporary internet files

Delete all short cuts/favourites/bookmarks you have saved for TP

Close all browsers and then re-boot your computer

One you have done the above

Open browser, type in URL of TP, Log in

Internet explorer 9. Any different idea than what's already suggested? :)
 
Having said that, had similar issues on IE 8 on my laptop.

Not yet on my spanking new PC. Will give it a try. But IE shouldn't be that bad, should it? Is this a common problem on IE?
 
No problems logging on here with IE8, not got my IE9 machines on but never had bother with TP on them either.
 
thank you all for the inputs. deleted all my history and cookies as suggested by keith up here...this sems to have worked..but guess sonner or later I may go Mozilla..Do remember this being really quick on my laptop :)
