I well happy now, i've traded my Tamron 70-300 for the Sigma 70-300 OS, this lens is much better, faster AF and sharper images 
The Tamron was slow and I kept missing shots, which was giving me the right camels, also it wasn't very sharp image wise.
The Sigma is a DG lens, which means I can use it with the F90 film camera (or full frame digital if I upgrade
