traffic trails

i thought id put up a my first atempt at traffic trails that i took monday night.

no where near as good as antiheros pic

any advice will be great

its no worse either mate nice attempt

you have some really yellow streetlights down in yeovil like i said, good try but maybe angling your camera down slightly would have got more of the road (and more trails) in shot. I think one advantage i had is that i used a +8 nd filter, enabling me to use really long exposures (30 seconds for mine) and cutting out unwanted light to an extent.

I agree this is definately a good shot, you have a very crisp clear in focus forground and retained the motion from the vehicles, I would agree with antiohero though that it would be better from a different angle.

cheers guys all the street lights are yellow but il look into getting some filters and a different angle next time
