Transcend card corruption

I have a newish Transcend 8GB CF card 133x write speed and it seems to be playing up with my RAW files.
I'm putting say 6 shots on the card and when at least one is unreadable/corrupt when i open them in Photoshop
My two other Sandisks have never done this, so is it a strong possibility that this card is a duffer ?

AFAIK, the card has a lifetime warranty. Send it back to the retailer for replacement.
