Looks like a BH55 head from Really Right Stuff and a Gitzo tripod but don't know which model.

Without looking at the video, it probably is as Kelby swears by it! It also features in his books on DSLR photography, volumes 1,2 and 3 so I wouldn't be surprised if it is the BH-55 featured
