My Manfrotto Neotec tripod has a jammed leg (again) having already sent it back twice to be repaired (at a cost of £115) so it seems I need to buy a new tripod. The Neotec is a great tripod when it works, so fast to set up, but very unreliable.
I am thinking of either the Manfrotto 055CXPRO3 or the Giottos MTL8271B. I would appreciate any feedback on either of these models. (Landscape is my thing).
