Tripod head

Do you mean the quick release plate? If so, I think it might have to be the genuine Manfrotto one for the specific head.
 
you appear to have an arca swiss type clamp on your tripod and a arca swiss type plate for your camera or lens foot in your hand. what else do you need or what are you trying to achieve?
 
The thing, (plate) you have in your hand screws into the camera body or lens foot and then that "clips" into the holder on your tripod head - you have to pull and twist that little knob on the RHS on the tripod plate and then it will spring in and plus press the red button to move it around. Finally tighten the knob to secure the lens/camera body. - (or it that not what you are asking?)
 
Yess bit there's no screw in thing for the camera. Basically, I need to put my camera on it but I don't know what they are called or the exact one to get.. If that makes sense? I don't know of it's quick release or anything..

they come in two sizes - but are usually/sometimes incorporated in one

you need the larger size for a DSLR

1/4 inch - 3/8 inch screw attachment type

get one with a "washer" on that stops it falling out!

Pretty sure the thread you'll need to screw the plate to the camera will be 1/4" UNC. 1/4" Whitworth will fit but not perfectly - probably well enough to do the job but the UNC one would be the correct choice. The screw from the 200PL-14 QR plate would possibly do the job (and might even be the correct part for your head!) http://www.manfrottospares.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=1001

you need a 1/4 D ring captive tripod screw,you slot it in by taking the rubber gromet out .

You need to check that the threads in your lens tripod rings are all the same. If you have any long primes they will usually have the bigger 3/8 size or sometimes both sizes.

My 500 f4 has both 1/4 & 3/8 and I have a longer plate that allows me to use both screws for a more secure fixing.
