Tripod Maximum Height

I'm looking for a new tripod, preferably 3 sections, with a decent maximum height with column down. I've found couple that advertise maximum height of 160cm, but with column down are only 130cm.
It's to take my Nikon Z50ii with Tamron 150-500, and a carbon gimbal, so not really a lot of weight.
Prefer aluminium due to cost, but if it has to be carbon so be it. I'd like to keep cost down within £150 if possible, so happy to look at used also.
I would appreciate any recommendations please.

Have a look at the Manfrotto 055 - has been around for years so should be available s/hand at a reasonable price

I have a 3 section aluminium ‘055 and I’m very happy with it. I’ve just measured it and it’s 140cm tall without the centre column extended: 170 cm WITH the column extended. It’s stable with a Z9 and Nikon 180-600.

Be careful if buying used as there have been several versions - mine is the latest version.
