Tripod Reccomendations

I am looking for a shorter light weight travel tripod to fit onto my lowepro Flipside 400 bag. It must be able to hold canon 7D & 24-70mm which weighs 4.5 lbs. preferably around £50 mark.

Do you have any suggestions of a good & decent tripod

you cant get caviar for the price of roe mate, anything that folds short will be wobblier than me after 10 pints of Guinness and if its under £50 it would probably fall over in a breeze

Tend to agree, moon on a stick for 50 quid

I do have a Velbon Ultra Luxi F that fits the description ,I have a 7D and Flipside 400, but the modern Velbon Ultra equivalent will cost more than £50

cheers folks, i don't want to spend to much as its only for holidays abroad, i have a big heavy manfrotto for general use...........but i do understand what you mean about a lighter cheapish tripod will be to flexible, flimsy & unstable, maybe the manfrotto will just have to tag along
