Tripod thread strap connector

Hi guys. I'm looking for something like this but no way I'm parting £17 for this. It's for my newly bought light meter, and I have a standard neck strap for ID which would suffice in terms of weight. Doesn't have to be specifically for tripod. Any 1/4" threaded d ring type connector would do for this.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
