Morning all
Please could you recommend me a tripod and head for for my Nikon D90 with grip Nikon 18-105 and Nikon 70-300 lenses. I have £200 to spend

I have much the same kit as you and purchased a Manfrotto OX55PROB pro and 804RC2 which works well if a little heavy (no bad thing) and bulky. I am now looking for a Ball head to go with it.
 
Also would recommend the Manfrotto 055XProB, got it with the 322RC2 ballhead. Thinking about adding the 410 Geared head for macro.
 
I went for the Manfrotto 190 as I found the 055 a bit heavy.
The head is the difficult bit,I put the 486 RC2 on and then bought the 410 Junior geared head as I found it more precise for macro and landscapes , it is significantly heavier than the ball head, but the ball head is a lot faster to use.
 
I have the 190 and 802 head which suits me for my landscape/architecture. The head is perfect because it can be so precisely set.

I really like the tripod. I love it's versatility and don't find the weight to be an issue. You get an awful lot of tripod for your cash and I have used it in some really windy weather and found it to be very stable.
